Meyers Z-52 Zoysia
The tough leaves and stems of zoysiagrass make it popular in warm, humid and transitional-zone locations. It survives heat and drought well and can tolerate some cold, but it does not do well where summers are cool. It grows slowly and forms a uniform, low-growing turf, excellent for home lawns and golf courses. It tolerates wear when growing but not in winter dormancy.
